À la carte award-winning dinners for purchase over professional live piano music, followed by a party and dancing with the renowned Luis Franco worldwide Salsa Band and Latin DJ Fiesta on Saturday, February 10 in Etobicoke.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

♥ FOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE:   Enjoy appetizers, dinner and dessert 6:30pm – 8:30pm from award-winning Brickyard BBQ‘s Special Valentine’s Menu!  A server will be taking your orders and serving your table. Dinner, drinks and gratuity are not included in the ticket price.  A minimum of $30 restaurant purchase is required per ticket holder.  

♥ LIVE MUSIC & DANCING:  Feel the enchanting melodies of a live professional piano player & DJ during dinner 6:00pm – 8:45pm, followed by dancing the night away to top international Latin music genres like salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, pop, reggaeton and more, on our spacious wood dance floor with the sounds of one of Ontario’s top Latin bands directed by the talented Luis Franco Worldwide Salsa (click to watch here) and Latin DJ Fiesta, where a song request is welcomed!

6:00pm    Doors Open

6:30pm – 8:30pm    Valentines Dinner menu with live piano music and DJ

8:45pm     Latin Party commences with DJ Fiesta

9:30pm     Live Latin Music by Luis Franco Band + DJ Fiesta

TICKETS:  You’ll have a reserved seat at a beautifully decorated table all night. A ticket guarantees a seat at a table or booth (possibly with others if your purchase does not fill a table*) and includes the entertainment fee for professional live music over dinner, DJ and band, plus $2 bank transaction fee. There are tickets for Area A which is next to the dance floor and closer to the band, and Area B which is further from the band and close to the bar).

ADVANCE & AT DOOR TICKET SALES **Online Sales close at midnight on Friday, February 9th; and then the day of the event (December 10th) you can get tickets at the door between . Tickets Options:

Area A Tickets: Seats are beside the dance floor and are close to the band. Area B Ticket seats are near the bar and further from the band, and may or may not have an obstructed view of the band.

If there are spots still available the day of the event, Valentine’s Dinner with live music and party with live Latin Band and DJ, tickets can be bought at the door.  Cash, credit or debit is accepted with a bank fee of $2.00 per transaction.

Reservations:

Your reservation is taken and organized by The Salsa Club. Please contact us at thesalsaclubinfo@gmail.com or Whatsapp at (647) 501-0269 if you have any questions about the event.  The Organizer and Venue reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason, at any time.

At the door, cash as well as credit/debit is available. For use of Credit/debit the bank fee is $2.00 per transaction.

The restaurant has booths and tables. Both accommodate average size adults and so a table reservations of 4 or 6 will seat 4 or 6 average sized adults.  If you have concerns about your guests not fitting comfortably at a booth, please contact us at least 7 days in-advance of the event to make accommodations.

Accessibility

is fully accessible to person(s) with disabilities, however keep in mind the seating arrangements are booths and high tables with bar chairs. Please contact T.S.C. in-advance to arrange accommodations.

FREE ONSITE PARKING

A large parking lot with free parking is located on the premises. Enter the parking lot from North Queen Street (there will be an Ezone Parking sign). After parking, you will see 2 entrances: Brickyard BBQ and Ezone. Enter the Brickyard BBQ walkway entrance.  You will see a wood deck patio on the left side) and then use the restaurant doors to your right side.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

In case that you need a refund, it may or may not be provided.  Please email us with your ticket number and to cancel your reservation and request a refund.

If you request a refund in writing 2 weeks prior to the event. You will receive a refund of 75% minus the administration fee.

Requesting a refund in writing 1 week before the event. You will get a 50% refund minus the administration fee.

If you ask for a refund less than 6 days up to the same day of the event. You will receive a voucher, with an expiration date in the amount of 20% of the paid ticket price minus the administration fee.
